woah does that apply to the back to karkand dlc as well? I haven't preordered yet only because I won't get to play the game till december; I should really get around to doing it soon.
I got a GTX 560 ti SC. That puts me around high to ultra I guess? Benchmarks claim the 560ti SC edition to rival the 570 in some cases.
That's bs, play4free uses a modified bf2 engine. Youre saying you can run a game with graphics from 2005? maybe you didn't install necessary drivers or... any drivers at all?
Just give us the mod tools. That way, DICE can leave the weather and time changing to us :)
replied to wrong comment. my mistake
This could have been avoided entirely if they just built Crysis 2 under the DX11 api i.e developed first for PC and NOT PORTED FROM CONSOLES.
raj? as in rajmangaming on youtube? I love your videos!
But that rig is lookin pretty slick; I don't think you'll have any problems, except with maybe maxing with DX11 at 1080p60.
that sorta thing was really just meant for the casuals; the fighting system in Tekken 6 is very well refined.
That fact that I haven't played doa4 with a "skilled" fighter would be you implying that there's higher tiered characters for the game, which doesn't help the balance of the game.
It's been so long since I played it, but the three characters that I played with most often were Zack, Hayate and Ryu. Zack for his mix-ups, Hayate for his good striking (best when spacing properly) and Ryu for his counter-punishes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Ryu and...
I really enjoy 3d fighting games in general, but I just could never get into DOA. It's fun to pick up and play, but its fighting mechanics really lack depth. Other 3d fighters have buffering of moves, tech traps, okizeme options, frame advantage moves, etc., but DOA doesn't really do these things and remains a bit simple. The majority of its complexity comes from its counter system, which is pretty much just a guessing game.
Still, it's been nearly 6 years since t...
2012 seems to be the year of 3d fighting games. Starting with Soul Calibur V in Q1, VF5:FS coming to consoles in the summer, and Tekken Tag 2 and DOA 5 also releasing sometime next year.
I might buy them all...
Same boss as TTT1 eh? And Harada made us all think like it was a completely new character...
Agreed, if Crysis 2 had been under any another name, it probably would have had much better reception. I just hope that Crytek takes the series in the direction of the first Crysis. For starters, continue to develop the CryEngine with emphasis on PC firsthand. Crytek has already shown us they can maximize the potential of current generation consoles. They should go back to maximizing for PC first, then work with consoles. That way, every system is pushed to its limits.
Well damn bruh, you probably weren't that good at the game to begin with, which can definitely affect your opinion about it. For the vast majority of gamers that enjoy RTS, Starcraft 2 stands head and shoulders over any of those games you mentioned. Most anyone will tell you that.
...But of course, it's YOUR opinion.
Don't know what the heck you're getting at Starcraft 2 is an extraordinary game, and easily the best RTS you can play today.
Even with all the big name exclusives coming out this year, I still have feeling that Batman: AC could creep up and take GOTY. The first one was a remarkable game, yet AC looks to raise the bar tenfold over its predecessor.
The lighting is crazy in this game
wasn't it already announced for console?
I like the layout, non-cluttered, looks easy to navigate, and no useless search filters. I'd like to see how it works when you have some kind of party with 3 of your buddies with, provided the matchmaking supports that.
what were your other specs? (CPU, ram?)
